Also a professional personal trainer should be able to evaluate your current fitness level (which is point A) and setup an exercise program designed to help you to realistically accomplish your health & fitness goals (which is point B) If a personal trainer can help you get from point A to point B your time and effort has been a success which means your personal trainer did their job and you did yours!
